How billing works

While Cannons is in early access, this site may collect waitlist emails only. No App Store charge is created by submitting the waitlist form.

When Cannons Pro (or similar paid plans) ships on iOS, subscriptions will be sold as auto-renewing App Store products. We expect to use RevenueCat to recognize entitlements in the app.

Apple charges the payment method on your Apple ID. Cannons does not see your full card number.

Plans and pricing

Exact prices, plan length, any free trial, and regional variants will appear before you confirm purchase in the App Store. Marketing pages may show list prices; the App Store sheet is the source of truth at checkout.

Renewal

App Store subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. After purchase, manage the subscription in your App Store account settings.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Cannons (or the product name shown). Canceling stops the next renewal. You generally keep access until the period you already paid for ends. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds

App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, not by a card form on this website. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or via Apple Support. We do not control Apple’s refund decision.

Billing help

If a restore purchase fails or subscription status looks wrong once the app is live, email hello@cannons.ai with your Apple ID email (do not send passwords). For waitlist questions, use the same address.
